Norrsken.

Revenue and marketing reporting, in one daily view

Norrsken is an internal dashboard that brings booking, revenue, web, search and advertising performance together in one place, so the revenue, sales and marketing teams that run the business can see how demand is moving day by day.

What it does

Norrsken reads data from the systems the business already runs on and reports on it in one place. Instead of opening five separate tools, teams follow bookings and revenue day by day, compare performance between properties, and see how marketing activity turns into demand. Where Norrsken connects to Google services, it reads reporting data for properties the business owns, and does not post, publish or manage anything through them.

  • Booking and revenue reporting, by day, month and season.
  • Web analytics for our own websites, and search performance from Google Search Console.
  • Advertising and campaign results from connected marketing platforms, including Google Ads.
  • Listing and review data for our own venues, from Google Business Profile.
  • Guest survey responses and customer data from our own CRM.

Internal use only

Norrsken is an internal tool, built and run by the company that uses it. It is not sold or licensed, and there is no public sign-up: an account is created for you, and access is limited to authorised employees. That is why the dashboard itself sits behind a sign in.
